FAQs
Do you take walk-ins?
I currently am scheduling on an appointment-only basis as I prefer to invest a good amount of time and thought into the tattoos I create. Due to this, I am not taking walk-ins. Please fill out a request form if you are seeking an appointment!
Will you copy this artwork/tattoo?
I will never copy another person’s tattoo, unless there is some sort of sentimental value (like it being a family member’s tattoo). I will not copy artwork unless I have the express permission of the original artist to use the artwork. Some artists charge a fee to be allowed to use their artwork, which will be added to the total cost of your tattoo if this is the case.
Do you have a cancellation list?
I post any last-minute availability due to cancellations or reschedules on my Instagram story, so please be sure to follow me and regularly view my story for any openings! You can also turn on notifications on IG so you can be alerted! Cancellations are very rare.
I have AI reference images to share. Is that ok?
Please do NOT share AI slop. AI is bad for the environment, owned by awful people, steals from artists without credit, raises our electric bills, and many generators produce illegal content such as CSAM or undressing individuals without consent and I do not want to be part of participating in those things. Please either draw a sketch or give a detailed description with words and allow me to use my mind so I can provide something for you as I have always been doing my entire tattoo career. Why feed an entire prompt to ChatGPT when you can just send me the same prompt? My mind is an image generator! If you are choosing me as your artist I trust you have seen my portfolio and enjoy how I tattoo; please trust that I am capable of seeing your sketch or reading your description and creating something for you. If you provide AI slop, I will go out of my way to ensure that while having the elements/description you provided, it looks nothing like the AI design.
What kind of subject matter are you interested in?
There are lots of subjects I am interested in! I will list a few below, as well as what I am NOT interested in, but it never hurts to ask! If you think your tattoo is something I would be interested in, please submit a request! Flash designs will always be in styles and subject matter I am interested in.
Subject matter I am very interested in:
Pop culture (such as video games, pokemon, music, movies, anime, dank memes, etc)
Flora and Fauna (including insects, birds, and fish)
Occult / Tarot / Anything with witchy vibes
Folk art
Memes
Skulls
Irezumi (especially peonies and chrysanthemums)
Portraits
Neotrad lady heads
Disney
Pokemon
Subject matter I am NOT interested in:
MICROTATTOOS/MICRO-REALISM
Hateful, racist, offensive, or gang-related imagery
Anything glorifying January 6, 2021 / Charlie Kirk
Zoe Kravitz’s tattoos
What are your prices?
Smaller pieces done in one session are flat-rate. Medium/Large multi-session pieces are done at a $150/hour rate.
Do you do reworks or coverups?
Yes, I do accept reworks and coverups on a case-by-case basis, as long as I feel that I can execute the tattoo well. Keep in mind with a coverup that you will need to be flexible and open with the design, and that the covering design will likely be 2x - 3x larger than the original tattoo. If you are not okay with me having creative freedom, then I likely will not accept the project.
Do you have an age requirement?
Yes, you must be 18 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at your appointment.
Why didn’t you post my photo on Instagram?
Do not take this personally! The number one reason I do not post photos is because I am not a photographer, and unfortunately if you do not post perfect photos, the Instagram algorithm punishes you. I take a lot of bad photos. I love every tattoo I make. The other likely reason is that I have so many photos to post, but I post so infrequently, that I am far behind the present-day tattoos.
When can I go swimming?
Please wait at least 3 weeks after getting tattooed to swim or submerge your tattoo in water. If you are getting tattooed during warmer weather, please plan accordingly.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash is always preferred, however I also accept credit/debit, Afterpay, Zelle, Cashapp, or Venmo.
Why don’t you reply immediately?
Between not having an assistant, trying to maintain a work-life balance, and the volume of email I receive, it can take me up to seven days to reply to inquiries and emails. Please be patient. Also, please check your spam folder as I may have replied but the email found its way there! Dont be afraid to nudge me if its been over a week.
